Twelfth Street resident Dave Butcher was honored at last
evening’s Council meeting. He was recognized for his spirit of
volunteering to help with anything he’s asked to do. Wellsville Village Administrator Thom Edgell
presented Butcher with a Certificate of Appreciation. Both Mayor Susan Haugh and Edgell said
Butcher comes by every day of the week to see what is needed. From moving furniture to washing police cruisers
Butcher is there to lend a hand.
