Windy Day On The Jennings Randolph

Although mostly a sunny day, yesterday was fairly breezy with the weather experts saying we were having gusts of wind up to 40 MPH. The winds out of the northwest was blowing a cold front thought the region.

You don't really realize how much strength 40 MPH winds pack until you see things like this pictured above. Coming back from WV Saturday afternoon we saw four or five workers struggling to get that huge tarp reeled in. When the wind don't tear them loose those gigantic yellow tarps stretch from the top of the bridge all the way down to under the bridge.
