Spring Must Be In The Air

Besides seeing some robins I got some definite signs of spring being just around the corner while I was out today. The village street people were out patching up pot holes. Thanks fellows. Then I saw a guy that was taking down his Christmas decorations.

Now that's encouraging!

I actually seen a bald eagle today. It was hunting I think just in the tree line on 164.

People often think the "return" of robins herald spring; robins actually are here throughout the winter.
The true signs of spring: orange construction barrels and Lisbon Dairy Queen opening (it hadn't as of last Wednesday).

foodstamps 4:42 there are places where you can record the sightings of bald eagles and ospreys. Which part of 164 did you see the eagle, was it just one?

foodstamps,

I too saw a bald eagle recently. It was in Wellsville, heading out rt. 39.
