Wellsville's Revitalizaton Committee is sponsoring the annual Village Yard Sale which is scheduled for Saturday, September 11 from 9 A.M. to 4 P.M. It is a Main Street USA Project.
The annual Yard Sale was formerly sponsored by the now defunct Fix-Up/Clean-Up Committee. Former Fix-Up/Clean-Up Committee Chairman Nunzio Lombardozzi is sharing his experience advising members of the Revitalization Committee for the 7th Annual Village Yard Sale.
Permits are a mere $3 and can be purchased at the Mayor's Office, Air Waves of Ohio, or on the day of the sale. Members of the Committee will be on hand at Village Hall starting at 8 A.M. the day of the sale. With Village Council's permission there will be vendor space available in the side parking lot next to the Fire Station on Main St. Vendors must supply their own tables. Out of town vendors are welcome. Village merchants, church groups and other organizations are encouraged to participate.
Here's your chance to turn your old unwanted stuff into treasure. Since it began seven years ago this annual sale has become a very popular attraction with buyers from all over the region.
