Shown here is the big fountain, that is in Broadway Park between 6th & 7th Streets, coming down the street after a much needed face-lift on the back of a Stevenson Company truck. That's Co-owner Todd Lynch holding onto the straps and Stevenson employee Bob Jones leaning on the cab. Jason Keyes was doing the driving duties.
With Denney Wright at the controls of "Big Bertha" the fountain was tenderly lifted slowly back into place while Todd Lynch & Kevin Fullerton kept a watchful eye on things.
Bringing "her" home drew a fair crowd of on-lookers to welcome it back. This Wellsville event even got some press coverage with Morning Journal Reporter Jo Ann Bobby-Gilbert shown here interviewing Mayor Joe Surace & Village Administrator Jim Saracco.
