The good folks at the Wellsville Carnegie Public Library will be providing an opportunity for people to add a personal touch to their Christmas tree decorations. For the next two Thursdays they will be having a Family Craft Night making ornaments. It will be a handmade bulb you'll cherish until the end of time.
