Going up the hill on 10th street extension ?
My guess is the bend at the bottom of 10th St. Ext.
10th Street, as you round the bend going up 10th Street Ext.?

My bet is at the bottom of 10th street extension. I could be wrong since I haven't been back in Wellsville in 20 some years.
